Head Baker
3 Floyds Dark Lord Hot Fudge

Round 2 of Dark Lord treats ! Since the bottle is bigger , I was able to make two things which made it all worth it. Trust me: If you make the ice cream, you're definitely going to want to make this fudge also. I've been eating it by the spoonful since I made it!

You'll all appreciate the ease of making this also. I'd say foolproof - but I don't want anyone to take that on as a challenge. At the end of making both desserts, I had about a taster's glass worth leftover to drink. That's about as much as I want to drink of this beer anyway. Don't get me wrong - it's a great beer but very very sweet!

I used milk chocolate chips and the recipe yielded about four cups worth. You could substitute a darker chocolate if you wanted - but this tasted pretty magical as is. Be sure to tag me on instagram if you make it ! I plan to be giving these away as gifts to a few of my favorite people.

Ingredients:
1 cup Dark Lord (You can sub any flavorful stout if you didn't get your hands on any!)
25 oz. of chocolate chips (about 2.5 packs)
6 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp. Butter cut into chunks
1/4 tsp. Salt
Instructions:
In a large pot, combine beer and chocolate chips over medium heat until melted. Whisk constantly to make sure chocolate doesn't burn to bottom.
Once fully melted , add in cream/butter/salt and whisk for 2 minutes until combined.
Transfer to jars for storage for up to 1 month in refrigerator or freeze.
Reheat for 15 seconds once ready to use !
